SUBJECT: IFAS; E.T. York, Jr. Distinguished Service Award

IFAS has established the E.T. York, Jr. Distinguished Service Award in recognition of outstanding contributions to the people of the State of Florida through the administration of agriculture, human and natural resource programs of UF/IFAS. The award is presented periodically. Written nominations may be made at any time by faculty members of IFAS and presented to the incumbent Vice President for Agriculture and Natural Resources, who will make the award in consultation with the IFAS deans. The award consists of a plaque inscribed with the recipient's name and the date he or she is honored. The recipient's name is also engraved on a permanent plaque mounted in the Vice President's office area.
