SUBJECT: IFAS; Workmen's Compensation for Cooperative Extension Faculty

All Cooperative Extension faculty with federal appointments are entitled to benefits provided by the Federal Employee's Compensation Act. The booklet, published by U.S. Department of Labor, explains these benefits in detail. A copy of this booklet is located in the Extension District Director's office and each County Extension office. In the event of injury, Extension personnel should contact their immediate supervisor as well as the Office of Personnel Affairs, IFAS.
