SUBJECT: IFAS; Electronic Media Sponsorship
The faculty and staff of IFAS, may appear on sponsored radio and television programs providing the following conditions are met by the sponsor:
- No endorsement by IFAS of a product or service is made or implied by personnel of IFAS or by the sponsor.
- In advertising, the sponsor shall make no reference to IFAS or that the material presented by IFAS appears on a sponsored program.
- Sponsors may not break into a program for commercial messages which conflict with or impair the impact of the subject matter presentation of IFAS personnel.
- IFAS retains the right to cancel its portion of participation in a program at any time this rule is violated.
