SUBJECT: IFAS; Electronic Media Sponsorship

The faculty and staff of IFAS, may appear on sponsored radio and television programs providing the following conditions are met by the sponsor:

  1. No endorsement by IFAS of a product or service is made or implied by personnel of IFAS or by the sponsor.

  2. In advertising, the sponsor shall make no reference to IFAS or that the material presented by IFAS appears on a sponsored program.

  3. Sponsors may not break into a program for commercial messages which conflict with or impair the impact of the subject matter presentation of IFAS personnel.

  4. IFAS retains the right to cancel its portion of participation in a program at any time this rule is violated.
